Joe Van Rooy represents real estate developers, builders, lenders, property owners, and small businesses in all aspects of real estate transactions and development permitting. Joe has represented buyers, sellers and secured lenders for all forms of real property, including raw land, finished lots and improved properties, and has represented applicants on land use amendments, rezonings, zoning exceptions, and concurrency applications before local governments throughout Northeast Florida. Joe regularly drafts operating agreements for limited liability companies and assists clients with entity formation, amendment, and merger. Joe also drafts commercial leases and lease modifications for retail, office and industrial properties.
